After carefully removing the trim and evaluating the damage, the crew went out for materials before starting repairs. Not only was the jamb split but part of frame was damage as well. They removed and replaced both damaged jamb and frame without damaging sheet rock. They could not find matching trim so they cleaned up the original and reattached and carefully caulked.
