"Be aware of the warranty fraud and bad advertising. The advertising says they stand behind the structure. We have a wall that is in the middle of the area they raised and they did not put piers in the wall. This was a miss on the engineers part that should have had piers. The new engineer that came out said he wasn't the initial engineer and wasn't responsible for the miss. The new engineer said that they only warranty the pier and not the structure of the area the pier is in. (miss advertising). We would have had no problem purchasing additional piers at the time they were installed. Now they want to sell additional piers to fix there miss which is wrong. Be very aware that once they sell you piers if you have any issues in the area they fix is to sell more piers instead of standing behind the structure they fixed."

"BilBil and his crew were excellent. Plants had to be removed in our flowerbeds. Huge holes had to be dug. The dirt was taken out in layers and was replaced back exactly as it came out. Our plants were put back perfectly. Our porch had sunk enough that our sidewalk and porch no longer matched, but when they raised and stabilized our columns the porch and sidewalk once again were level!! Once the crew had cleaned up we couldn’t tell they had been there. Everyone was very courteous and wanted to do a good job. We are extremely pleased."

You can use soil and gravel instead of concrete when setting fence posts. However, concrete is more durable and longer lasting, so it's worth considering if you want your fence to withstand the test of time. If your epoxy application ended up a bit messy and left spills behind, there are several ways to clean epoxy off of a concrete floor. You can use a power washer with at least 3,000 PSI. However, it may be easier to use a scraping tool or an acidic cleaner, like vinegar, to remove unwanted epoxy. 

If the entire floor has epoxy and you want to remove just excess epoxy stains, these methods could still strip parts of the epoxy floor. Move carefully and in small areas to minimize damage, or call a pro for an expert finish.

After pouring your concrete steps, be sure to screed and float the concrete.
