Classic Tile & Plaster, Inc. Is a family owned contractor service company serving swimming pool builders, pool service providers and the remodel needs of residential and commercial pool owners of North Texas. For nearly three decades Classic Tile & Plaster has built a solid reputation based on quality workmanship and superb customer service. ADAMS POOLS SOLUTIONS, formerly Earl Adams Tile and Coping was founded by Earl Adams has been serving Northern California for almost 60 years! ----- In late 1981 his sons brought the business to North Texas now known as Classic Tile & Plaster. Other offices in Houston and Las Vegas provides us a national identity and strong relationships with the major builders and supply houses in the country. Our Grapevine office was founded in 1982 with the day to day operations overseen by Bart Adams. ----- Serving the renovation needs of residential and commercial pool owners is a specialty of Classic Tile & Plaster. Most, but not all, older pools will require several phases of updates / improvements. One of our remodel specialists will assess your pool’s surface, tile, coping, and decking during a complimentary inspection. You will find this visit to be friendly (no hard sells), informative and well worth your time. Each item / phase is estimated separately so you can make the best, most informed decision about how to proceed with your pool remodel. Since each phase of the work is being performed by our in-house crews you can be assured that not only will the work be done correctly but completed in a very timely fashion (a typical pool remodel will take 5 – 10 days, weather permitting of course). From the simple to the complex, from the smallest residential to the largest commercial project; Classic Tile & Plaster stands ready to exceed your expectations. We look forward to serving you.

"Terribly. Poor job done. Waiting on corrections. They claim they need to send a "plaster expert" who travels a lot and is not in town now. BS. The detail: used Classic 13 years ago and they did a good job so chose them again. Considerable delays with last minute advice that they are coming tomorrow. Plaster job done poorly with over spraying and spotting on new brick on the spa. Yellowish stain thru out the pool. Uneven surface, very visible with pool lights on. Have been in contact weekly but no response. They first said they'd solve the problem with an acid wash which they did but didn't work. Now they're claiming they have to bring in a national expert to figure it out. No action in last 4 weeks. They're waiting for me to give up. Small claims court? Lawsuit (cost plus damages plus fees)?"

We are local and family owned, and have been doing business in Austin and surrounding areas since 1966. We are familiar with all the local soil types and have found that the spread footing-type pier works best in 90% of all foundation repair cases in and around the Austin area. In the few cases where spread footings are not acceptable, Rite Way Foundation Repair is equipped to install drilled and belled, poured in place piers to meet or exceed the minimum job site requirements. We do residential, commercial, slabs, pier and beams and modular homes. We can install foundation piering to meet all HUD, FHA, an OSHA guidelines. We are one of the few companies that still repair historic or extremely damaged or deteriorated pier and beam homes. We are also one of the few companies that can repair garage-apartment style buildings. We also install piers for new home additions! Want to build a new room or expand an existing one? We can install your new piers for your pier and beam home or install drilled piers for additional support and tie-in adhesion to new slab additions. Rite Way can also install or repair custom stucco underpinning around your home. Rotten wood? Rite Way Foundation Repair can expertly repair all the structural rotten, deteriorated or termite damaged wood under your home. We have no sales people at Rite Way Foundation Repair. Jon or Kristie Woodworth do all of our estimates. You won't find anyone at Rite Way Foundation Repair afraid to crawl under a house and get dirty! We try to price our estimates fairly. We do not try to be the lowest and we never try to get rich off one job. We never use prefab pressed/driven pilings. All our pier designs are poured in place, rebar steel reinforced concrete. 95% of our jobs are from word of mouth from customers. We are proud of our work and stand behind it. All new full pier installations receive a life-time, transferable warranty on all new materials. (See guarantee for details.) Concrete Repair questions, answered by experts

Overwatering can cause issues like water pooling and drainage problems. To prevent overwatering, monitor your soil levels on a regular basis and change your watering schedule as necessary.

Regularly inspecting your foundation—at least the visible sections—for signs of foundation issues like moisture and pest infestation is a good way to identify slab leaks early, as is keeping an eye and ear out for water damage to indoor building materials, above-average water bills, sounds of running water when no fixtures or appliances are on, and indoor humidity that causes the temperatures to feel more extreme. If you do find any issues, contact a plumber right away to check it out for you.

Some foundation repairs are permanent, like underpinning and exterior drainage systems like the French drain. These fixes address the underlying problems—insufficient support from the soil and hydrostatic pressure on your foundation walls, respectively—so they can last for many decades, making them “lifetime fixes.” There are other solutions to address these issues that will last for up to a decade, making them temporary. These include slabjacking to raise concrete slabs back into place and dampproofing to reduce the water in the soil that interacts with the concrete foundation.

Many horizontal cracks in home foundations result from water and soil pressure from outside of the building or from a footing that is shifting. Under those circumstances, horizontal cracks are a structural problem that requires repair before they become worse and more difficult to fix. However, in very specific cases, thin horizontal cracks may simply be a cosmetic blemish due to concrete shrinkage.

You can use epoxy-based concrete fillers to repair small cracks and dents in the floor. For larger damages, remove any debris, then patch the cracks or holes with concrete repair products or resurface the entire floor. We recommend using fast-curing products that cure in four hours. You can also buy a pre-mixed concrete patch and leveler if you are only repairing parts of your floor.
