"Gave me a quote via paypal and I paid the deposit via paypal...Saturday 8/28. They were suppose to get started Saturday 8/28, Saturday turned into Thursday 9/2. Thursday evening has passed. I called, No answer and no reply to text. I don't do business like this. I cancelled job and requested a refund. 9/15 Almost 2 weeks have passed and no refund was given. I called and spoke with the manager and he told me to go ahead and escalate my refund via PayPal cause he is no longer with the company. I paid a deposit for work to be done and they never got started. So a refund in needed asap. Owner was suppose to refund the deposit last week and after a week it was cancelled. I text him and is waiting on a reply. Sorry *** company. So I advise you not to use Spectra."

"hector Felix is full of excuses. lied about having a permit which is currently “still in process”. since March, 2022 all he has done is dig a hole in my back yard. yet, i have paid him close to $30,000. I will make sure he never installs a pool or comes near someones home in the state of Texas again. to top it off, he did a minor second story extension inside of my house which has to be torn down because it’s unsafe and not done up to code. this guy has no business being in construction or running a business. he is a crook and your project will either be done wrong or won’t get done. The attorney general and licensing authorities are being contacted and Hector will be sued accordingly."
