+ -1 moreGave me a quote via paypal and I paid the deposit via paypal...Saturday 8/28. They were suppose to get started Saturday 8/28, Saturday turned into Thursday 9/2. Thursday evening has passed. I called, No answer and no reply to text. I don't do business like this. I cancelled job and requested a refund. 9/15 Almost 2 weeks have passed and no refund was given. I called and spoke with the manager and he told me to go ahead and escalate my refund via PayPal cause he is no longer with the company. I paid a deposit for work to be done and they never got started. So a refund in needed asap. Owner was suppose to refund the deposit last week and after a week it was cancelled. I text him and is waiting on a reply. Sorry *** company. So I advise you not to use Spectra.
