Brian is clearly an expert he responded quickly on my request on diagnosing the pool issue offered several different solution for my pool problem and evaluating the quotes and will use this company. They are friendly and prompt service

Great work and high standards. Matthew was right on the appointment time and he went right to work. The power relay was replaced, battery back-up for the system was replaced, all equipment was tested and the lockouts as well as the programs were checked. Exceptional job. Matthew is very knowledgeable.

It went really well. The pricing was easy to understand, they were right in the middle on the pricing- we got 3 estmates. They were on-time, responsive and they cleaned up well after the work was finished.

Select Pool showed up exactly on time, diagnosed the Jandy problem and checked the pool heater among other equipment. They were thorough and solved the Jandy control issue quickly. Select Pool was recommended by our pool maintenance company, we were told that they might be a bit more expensive but were the best. Can only say good things about them, on time, professional in every detail, cleaned up every day and the pool looks spectacular.

We have been with this company for 6 months. They have gotten the billing right 2 times. They charged my credit card twice with out authorization. And on both times charged more than they were supposed to. On at least two seperate occasion my husband or myself called the office to speak with a specific individual, both times we were told "they are not in" after the person on the phone realized they could not help us, the person we initially wanted to speak to was there! This is three times someone from this company has outright LIED to us. The third and final time was when I received a text message telling me they could not service our pool because we have a solar heating system. That we have had for over a year. We have a large challenging pool, if they cant handle a job that big all they had to do was tell us. This is a sneaky company!!! I wouldnt trust them at all. NOTE: I did not put the cost of service in the box because the billing was never correct.

Overall the experience was positive. Mr. Neal, and everyone who worked for him, provided an excellent service. I appreciated their courtesy, professionalism and knowledge about all aspects of the project. The deck surrounding our pool needed extensive repair. Our option was to remove all the existing brick work and replace it with some other surface or find a way to repair the existing deck. Replacing the existing deck meant choosing a less than pleasing alternative or spending a great deal of money. I also felt that removing and replacing was not the best environmental solution. Mr. Neal was able to suggest a way to repair and improve the deck using existing materials. The result is stunningly beautiful while being environmentally sound. Select Pool Services also resurfaced the pool. Mr. Neal's suggestion for tile, type of surface and color were excellent. He willingly took me to see several pools he had done in the past. I could not be more pleased with how the pool looks. Other pool remodelers that I contacted for estimates seemed only interested in tearing out and redoing in a basic cookie cutter pattern. Mr. Neal spent the time and energy to look at the yard and the house in order to help me choose a design that was complimentary with our home. I am thrilled with the results. And I was very pleased with everyone who worked on the project.
