"We suspected that our home had some foundation issues when we noticed that our doors wouldn’t close properly, and we started seeing cracks on the ceiling and windows. We hired a structural engineer to do an initial inspection, and it turned out that our foundation had some settling and would need repairs. They recommended to us that we check out some foundation repair companies. We had four different companies coming out for an inspection and recommendations. Every company had their own style of measurements and repair methods. It was hard to figure out which method would be the best. This whole process was very scary and overwhelming. Then, Justin from Pinnacle foundation, had a completely different approach to taking measurements and assessing the issue. He also was the only one that took a ground penetrating radar inspection besides the structural engineer that we had hired, (this method is very important to figure out where the beams and piers would be installed). He helped us understand what each of the different materials and methods entailed, and he also wrote proposals for each of the methods. As my husband and I were looking over the estimates from Justin, more questions came to our mind, so we had to call him several more times. Each time we called he was extremely patient with us, answered the questions we had, and made himself available whenever we needed him. Kristen, the project coordinator, also made the whole process less overwhelming and helped us manage the paperwork. Adrian and the installation crew were incredibly helpful and knowledgable. They worked very hard and did a great job. The entire company communicated with us throughout the process so there was no guessing as to what was happening. They understood our concerns and wanted to make sure our home was properly taken care of. We would recommend Pinnacle to all our friends and family."

"Andy and his crews were amazing! They arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m. and immediately began jack-hammering and digging. Their employees are the hardest-working bunch of guys I've ever seen. At one point I told the foreman, Andy, I couldn't believe how hard they were working but what a mess! Andy said "by the time we're done you won't even be able to tell we were here". I thought "Yeah right". When they were done, the guys starting raking the dirt clogs from our yard, washed down the stonework around the flower beds and the sidewalk. They then poured new concrete right in front of our front door. The guy went over it 3 or 4 times to make sure it was smooth and then brushed it so it wouldn't be slippery. Then they insisted on fixing some stepping stones in our side yard that they had to break up for a couple of piers. They even replanted some of my flowers! Sure enough, you could not tell that our whole yard was a disaster area earlier that day. I have already recommended them to friends!"
