Had to interact with him only via text. He fixed my Samsung refrigerator's leak. Water into the crispers. It took two times, but my interaction with other owners of this brand was that this repair was difficult and often impossible to fix. I retained this company through my home warrantee company. They didn't recognize that I was within the warrantee period on this repair because they thought he had come out earlier due to the fact that the first shot at an appointment was a text. However, Appliance Doctors negotiated with them when I could not and got them to send him back out without charge. Highly desirable. I waited a month before writing this review to make sure the second repair worked and it did!! my only complaint was being forced to do everything by text. I didn't like that and it was a problem with the warrantee company because they thought the first text was the actual date of the appointment. If texting is your bag, however, this is your company."
