I believe this is mostly due to poor floor preparation (nail fossil, red stains, debris and dirt in the clearcoat, etc). "Update 6/2/20 Mixing: the contractor uses a high speed drill mixer. This causes air to be trapped into the epoxy. The result is bubbles throughout the floor. Color: the contractor mixes different color pigments to achieve a color instead of ordering the requested metallic pigments resulting in an odd colored floor. Doorways: The contractor does not add enough epoxy into a doorway resulting in a gap between the epoxy and an additional type of flooring like carpet. The epoxy in front of a doorway and inside a closet lifted and broke off resulting in bare spots. Misleading: the contractor will say they can easily match a color you request and level your floor. This is a lie. The floor will not be level and the color will not be the one you request. Bottom Line: Do not hire this contractor for jobs inside your home. They don't have the skills or mindset to get the job done right. UPDATED AS OF 10/29/2020: This is a follow-up to previous reviews. While preparing to install another floor, I discovered large chunks of cured epoxy in the space underneath the walls. The contractor allowed the epoxy to run underneath the walls to the studs. I purchased a heat gun and used a Dremel scraper to remove it. I took hours and a couple of weeks to get the job done. Do not ever hire this contractor."
