Original order had incorrect carpet for master bedroom, but 6th were able to do the other 2 rooms. Corrected their error, and rescheduled a time that was convenient for me. Even though they made a mistake, I judged them by how they corrected their mistake more than the fact that they made the mistake in the first place.

I truly enjoyed my overall experience with this business.  The office staff was so helpful and went above and beyond.  The installer had to redo the repair in my kitchen due to chipped pieces of wood laminate and he did this without complaint.  I would use them again.

We made appt for estimate and Greg came out w/samples of tiles from description of our interests.  I also texted pics of two rooms to give him a good idea of what they would be working with.  Greg (the owner) was prompt and very helpful.  We set up appt.; they placed order for tile and the office or Greg kept us informed w/progress, time frames, etc.    His crew was courteous, professional and very neat during the process and got the job done as scheduled!  We are VERY pleased w/ SA Flooring and would definitely use this company in the future.  THANK YOU, GREG & SA FLOORING!!!

SA Flooring Perfections did a great job with my new floors. They promptly responded to my request for a quote and came out the following week to start the work. The workmanship was high quality and they finished the whole job in two days, including removing old carpet, ripping up some tile, removing baseboards and installing and painting the new baseboards after the floors were in. Fair price and honored the Angie's List coupon. I would highly recommend.

Working with Cathy and Greg and their tile crew was a real pleasure!  First, we did a complete kitchen/family room makeover which included replacing a tile floor with new tile and installing a backsplash around the kitchen.  Choosing the tile was a challenge - we made decisions, then found it would take a long time to get that tile or it was out of stock!  Greg and Cathy were so patient and supportive - Greg even brought samples to our home!  He listened to our ideas, then suggested a pattern for installation that we LOVE!  When we finally decided on a tile, and it was installed - we were thrilled.  It was a blessing that none of the others worked out!!!   In fact, we liked it so much, we had another 1600 sq. ft installed in other rooms of the house.  When making decisions about the backsplash, Greg also made a "house call" to help us make decisions about the pattern.  Their tile installation crew is amazing!  Their attention to detail and quality of work is excellent - and my husband is VERY picky!  Greg and Cathy consistently kept us informed for each step of the process so we knew what to expect.  Schedules were clearly set, and sometimes work started even sooner than projected!   Remodeling is very stressful - but working with professionals such as these folks helps make the situation more bearable.

My experience with them went pretty good. They started the job maybe Thursday two weeks ago and they just finished everything last week. They were great and really nice guys. They helped me move some furniture and we even moved some furniture out and upstairs. They could have easily just pushed it to another room but they went ahead and moved it where I needed it after everything was done and that was really helpful. I got a lot of bids from people and theirs was definitely the best, and not the best just like the cheapest but just the most reasonable. I think that I found one that was much much cheaper but it was kind of sketchy for a while. I said, "Gee, this is on the lower end of the cost and the higher end of the quality from what I could tell." Everyone could be cheaper but they really did a great job.

We couldn't be happier with work and flooring done by SA Perfections! Price quoted included installation which involved wood flooring above grade and on grade. We had just had a horrible experience with liquidation flooring co. A colleague highly recommended SA Flooring Perfection. We will definitely use them again!

We had shopped and priced about 4 different flooring and tile companies. They were the first company to have the safety tile and wood flooring we had in mind. The pricing on the tile and flooring was very good compared to other stores and they had a good selection. Greg came to the house on the appointed day and time to get the measurements and give an estimate. The estimate was less than any another company. Each project flooring and tile took one day. The installers were very professional and did awesome work. They were real perfectionists and were efficient, very courteous and clean. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of work. Matter of fact we are ordering carpeting for our 3 bedrooms now.

We are a military family so when we started the process we were living in PA. I contacted them while still in PA and made an appointment to meet at the house here in Tx and get a quote.  I met with Greg and right away liked him he was very friendly and came prepared.  He had samples of flooring to choose from so I didn't have to make a trip to the showroom.  Once he emailed us the price we decided that his price  was best for our budget.  We decided to have the work start on July 9th because we were leaving PA in plenty of time to be here for the start of the process.  Well, as it turned out we couldn't leave PA on time.  So my sister let the crew into the house and we arrived the next day.  The crew was very professional and courteous.  The job was done in 3 days, and looked wonderful.  Adrien, the head crew guy, told us he had to come back on Monday to replaced one piece on the stairs.  When he couldn't make it he called and said he would come back on Tuesday at 7am.  We were happy to see his truck pull up at 7am. He fixed the stair and was on his way out at 7:30. We were very happy with  SA Flooring Perfections especially because we started this whole process out of state.  Anytime we emailed a question to  Greg he  was very quick to respond.  We would most certainly use this company again.

The ownership was quick to give us an estimate, patient as we kept
changing our minds, and made a great deal with us! This price was $2400
less than Home Depot! The installation took one day.  The crew was
awesome...everything looks great.  We are so pleased and recommend this
company to anyone!

We had shopped and priced about 8 different tile companies.  They were the first company to have the color we had in mind.  The pricing on the tile was comparable to other stores and they had a good selection. Greg came to the house the very same day to get the measurements and give an estimate. The estimate was more than another company who said they could order the tile we wanted.  I mentioned this to Greg at and he beat the price, while the other company said they would not go any lower.

The installers were very professional and did awesome work.  We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of work.  Matter of fact, we are going to be ordering hand-scraped flooring for our living room now.

The water heater has been leaking for a while. It stopped working at night, in order to have hot water the next day, I would like to have it replaced asap. So I called Edward to schedule an appointment. He had other on going projects, so I gave him the money for the water heater at noon, the job was done at 6pm. He even called to check if the water heating is working fine later.

My new, beautiful, bamboo floors are warping horribly. Some places are 3-4 inches off the foundation. This is what happened. We needed to replace our 15 year old carpet and tile floors. I saved for 9 years for this project. I did the research and found the product we wanted. I got 3 estimates. The company I chose gave me the best price. They also assured me that I would only have to deal with them, not the manufacturer and an installer if there was a problem. They said the job would take 5 days, so my gracious son offered to let my family of 4 stay with him. 25 days later we were still living with my son because the job was not done. I had to cancel my Aug. 4 trip to CA because I couldn?t get to my clothes to pack. It was traumatic for my husband who suffers from anxiety and seldom leaves the house. For the first two weeks he slept on the trampoline in the back yard because he was worried that someone would steal our stuff. It was bad news from the 1st day. On July 7th the demo crew showed up. They were 2 men without any tools. While one man went to get a hammer, the other stood outside for about an hour smoking and talking on the phone. Throughout the job there were different crews. You never knew who would show up and some days no one came. I worried that they had not allowed the wood to acclimate for the 72 hours like the research said it should. I called the representative about this but he assured me that 48 hours was enough. They were the experts so I trusted them. All the debris, old carpet and tile, stayed out on our front lawn for the entire month. These are the things that were damaged during the job: my new red leather sofa ( they turned it with the back side up and piled other furniture on it leaving a deep indentation on the back); my dryer was scratched in 9 places; deep gouges were scratched into the bathtub when they put the commode in it; my dresser got deep scratches on it when they stacked the nightstand on it; they dropped a door on the new wood floor making 11 dents ( they replaced the damaged planks but did not do a good job); a chunk of a door frame was broken off and never repaired. By Aug. Ist I told them they had 1 day to complete the job or they would not get paid. About 3 weeks after they finished the job, the floor in my granddaughter?s room began to swell. I never wanted that company back in my house so I thought, ? I can live with a little bump.? I bought a cute carpet and covered it. Two months later the whole floor was warping terribly in several rooms and the hallway. I had to call them. I called them in Dec. and they came and inspected the floor. On Feb. 17, 2009 they responded with a letter saying that it was the consumer?s fault that the floor had warped. My claim was denied. I have a deformity on my left leg and must wear a 3 inch build-up on my left shoe which makes me prone to falling. I can?t walk in my own home safely. To be fair, the tile work looks good and we have had no problems with it.
Response from SA Flooring Perfections
"Upon completion of the project there was nothing wrong with the installation or the material. The wood was well acclimated to the environment, instructed by Teragren. She was not living in the home at the time of the project, and wouldn't be present to acknowledge the wood being in the environment, so saying that the wood didn't acclimate would not be a true statement. In response to the length the project completion, there was never any written time frame of completion. There also would have been no reason for the customer to cancel any plans she made to leave town, as the invoice states, we started on July 7, 2008 adn received the final payment of completion on July 24, 2008, giving exactly 17 days from start of project to completion. Those days do include Sundays in which are days we do not work, giving the completion time a lot less than stated by her. As for her husband to sleep on a trampoline would be unnecessary when there were beds inside the home, that is also the first I have heard of this. The comment made about the scratched dryer, it was a very old dryer and I couldn't tell if we did anything to it, but I did make an attempt to leave a msg. with the homeowner to resolve that issue. 07/24/08 10:57am*Called her left msg. to closeout balance and check dryer.* Customer stated that we damaged 11 boards and did not do a good job replacing them, our response is that the homeowner was already moving furniture around at the time of the damage, and we couldn't determine who caused the damage so our company paid $45 per board replacement plus materials as a customer service. I never received a complaint about a chunk of wood missing from door frame, therefore couldn't resolve. The comment made about being complete by August first is contradicting to the day she paid the remaining balance, which is my records show the date received is 7/24/08 check # 5019. Our records and documents show that there was a phone call received by another associate that her daughter called complaining which was on Saturday 1/27/09. We set up with an inspector for Teragren (manufacture) to look at the customer complaints. Upon inspection of the problem, the inspector interviewed her and questions about maintenance. SHe admitted to cleaning the floor with a wet mop and Murphy's Oil soap and put half the empty bottle on the counter that she has used to clean the floor. The Teragren Maintenance prohibits any wet mopping and oil soap among other things. Customer has had many contradicting arguments since initial contact with our company. Customer states that problems with floor started 3 weeks after we finished, if this statement was true there would have been no reason not to contact us. Also we could have prevented further damage she was creating by we mopping the floor. The inspector also noticed that the "cute" rug she put down had a rubber backing of some sort that would also trap moisture between the rug and the floor. In conclusion it is our and the inspectors findings upon review and tests of moisture in the wood that was caused by topical moisture from we mopping or the use of oil soaps as stated by her. The care and maintenance is not Flooring Perfections responsibility after installation and is the sole responsibility of the homeowner. Also the claim was denied due to the fact of wet mopping the floor which clearly states against doing so in the Teragren Care and Maintenance Guide. We have been in business since 1995 and have never had an installation failure; it is our regret to deny any further remedy that does not pertain to installation failure. Best Regards, Edward Gonzaba-Manager"

They are awesome. They came out, did their job and didn't mess around. I am most impressed with them over anyone I have had do work on my home in the last six years. They are absolutely professional - they are A+ professional. There was no idol chatter or remarks. They cleaned up after themselves and the job was done beautifully.
