Reuben and his team were fantastic! They have a fast level of responsiveness, and were extremely helpful in making sure we had all of the measurements of the home done quickly, and ordered the right flooring materials. Reuben was flexible in scheduling us in last minute to get the project done as fast as possible - and it only took them 3 days to remove flooring and install new flooring for the entire home! (about 1600 sq. ft.) They were professional and moved fast, but most importantly did not sacrifice on quality of work. When I threw them a curveball to host an open house on the last day, they were willing to stay late to get as much done as possible in time for the open house, and then remained focused and professional while guests were touring the property. Would highly recommend and can't wait to hire them again for our next home project!

We enjoyed working with Reuben because he was professional and personable, always quick to respond to texts and phone calls and his estimate was reasonable. His crew, Jason and Justin, were amazing - they were great guys and never stopped working from the minute they arrived until they left each day. Began well, was to be one day job. ..Installing kitchen subway tile backsplash. Sent another employee out 3 days later to finish grout work and he left the kitchen in a complete disaster of a mess! Cracked tiles, grout smeared all over walls, cabinets, blinds, granite and new kitchen hardware. Contacted owner and was told this would be taken care of...after calls and texts over last 2 days have not received a reply (unfortunately I paid them cash at end of first day when job seemed to be “almost” done...lesson learned)!! Feel very taken advantage of and aggravated!!! ?

Ruben's employees arrived on time for both days and got right to work upon arrival. They were very careful with all of my furniture that needed to be moved and were professional the entire time. Would highly recommend them for any flooring project you are looking to have done.

Rueben and his guys were awesome! I had a very strict timeline to get my floors done when we closed on our home and he got it done. The day we closed he came out and gave us a estimate and even helped us out with our water softner because he had one and it was our first. He responded to calls right away. When i showed up to the house his worker gave us the run down of how the project was going and was very transparent. The clean up was amazing and if i would have not been the one to hire this company I wouldnt have known they did the floors because it looked like the floors were already there. I will be calling Ruben back when we are ready to have the second story done. I was very skeptical about contractors from all the horror stories ive heard, but they put my mind at ease and I will continue to do business with them and get my sevond floors and staors done with them. I had a consultation for a quote on Monday, Reuben’s team started Wednesday morning & was finished Thursday at 5. They were very efficient and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them!

Got an estimate on the install and Mr. Moncivais even answered my calls on a Friday night as we were making our product selection. The install team was great. Excellent work! They worked around our family who was coming and going all week! The entire experience from beginning to end was flawless!

Impressed from the get go! I initially was looking at going laminate but after meeting with Reuben his consultation and recommendation had me switch over to vinyl. I love my floors...they did a great job, carpet debris was removed and everything was picked up and cleaned! I would definitely look to them again in the future for any of my flooring needs and highly recommend them.

Extremely pleased and delighted. We had used another company for our flooring project and they did a very shoddy, incomplete job. We reported them to the state attorney general and the BBB. Superb service! We are in the re-locating process, and close coordination was needed to complete this project on the date and time agreed upon. All went like clockwork, and the work was completed early. The working crew did a professional job, and took great care in cleaning up. Very reasonable price for the carpet and work. The professionalism starts at the top, and Israel's attention to detail and customer service carries down to his team.

Reuben and his crew were amazing. They did such a wonderful job. We could not have asked for a better service. They were on time, efficient, and cleaned up everything after competition of the project. They moved all the furniture to complete the project and everything was put back exactly the way they found it!

I had a wonderful experience working with Reuben Moncivais and J&M Flooring. He and his team installed laminate flooring in three large bedrooms and did a fantastic job. Reuben was very fast in responding to our quote request. He was honest and open with his quote and very helpful in educating us on the details that we had not considered. Reuben and his team went out of their way to make our experience a good one. We bought our flooring from Costco and he picked it up for us. Transporting the flooring ourselves would have been a large burden. He also drove to Lumbar Liquidators and bought underlayment when we purchased the wrong type. On a separate occasion he stopped at Floor and Décor and bought an extra T piece when we had not purchased enough. Reuben and his team were very flexible as they worked around three small children. I was very impressed with the quality of their work and the speed at which they were able to get the job done. I would not hesitate hiring J&M flooring again.

This company was wonderful to work with from the beginning. Reuben came out right away to measure and give an estimate. The estimate was finished and printed while he was here. The ranch (which owns the home) took nearly two months to approve the estimate. Once we got the approval, the job was schedule for the next week. The guys was personable and professional. They work hard the entire time they were in our house (2 1/2 days), they barely took time to eat. The quality of the installation was exceptional. I would not hesitate to recommend this company without reservation.

We were in a dilemma after we decided to cut ties with a previous contractor. The owner was a hot mess and his workers were subpar. We were living in our office since they had to rip out the floors they installed in all three bedrooms because they damaged them. After we cut ties, Reuben (owner) from J&M was very responsive and had a genuine understanding of our situation. He came out the next day and gave us an estimate. Right away we felt the difference from Reuben to other companies. He is definitely experienced and his management background shows with his professionalism. After getting a great estimate we had them start the next day since we were all cramped in one room. Reuben bent over backwards to get us a fast estimate and start date due to what we were going through really did it for us! Also, he had a lot of great reviews on here. That helped us decide as well. In the past for us, the second part of contracted work is dealing with the workers themselves. We really do not have much interaction with workers since they do their thing and that’s it. Well, Jason showed up first on that morning and WOW!! He was awesome and extremely helpful, especially on taking questions and concerns. This was a huge plus because we are all about communication with everyone on the job. Justin and Brendan came shortly after Jason and they were the same. All three were hardworking, professional, cleaned up, and did a phenomenal job! I was a tad short on shoe mould and they offered to come back when I got the piece so they could install it. They just went above and beyond and then you add an owner like Reuben which makes this a company that you want to hire! We cannot thank you enough and will definitely call you again for future projects.
