"Had an appointment at 9am, they showed up at 9:15. Fully uniformed crew, fully 'uniformed' van.  Robert and Robert went over the plans and we agreed on where everything went.  They rapidly started digging and trenching the front yard part of the system.  At one point they both left for around 10-15 minutes. When asked why, they said a bathroom break as they did not want to tramp mud in the house.  They worked diligently and non-stop until 12:30 at which time they showed my wife the system, the controls and when the system would mist.  They told her they will be back in a month to check the system and refill as needed.  When I return home, I noticed that one nozzle ended up closer than I liked to the A/C unit.  So I emailed Larry King (general manager who provided his personal cell and email when we purchased the system the week before) who had someone out the next day to move the nozzle (no charge).  So far the system is working well and the mosquito count is rapidly dropping.  I mowed the law tonight before dusk and was not bitten.  Something I could not have done prior to the system install (and only 3 days ago)."
