Eduardo and his team are hardworking, conscientious, and very friendly. We have a home in West U and a farm in Montgomery Co. and ISG has done expansive work in both areas. Eduardo has excellent communication skills. Always on time. He is dedicated and very thorough. He took me through the steps of setting up the equipment and the software and made sure everything works fine. I will call him back if we have any sprinkler related issues.

The top selling points for me were the interest the business owner has in the work being done according to his design (in accordnance with the homeowner's needs and approval) correctly and on time, listening to his customers and his managing his crew on site during construction. He also introduced me to the components he uses and explained the weaknesses of lesser components vs. strengths of those he chooses to use. After meeting with the business owner I had full confidence in his proposed system. His proposal was not the cheapest I received but I am confident I received the best design, best crew management, strong attention to details and excellent customer service. He also handled the "Call Before You Dig" and City permitting details perfectly. He is also coming to the house Saturday to introduce the remote control access feature to my wife. I could not be more satisfied with the selection of Irrigation Specialist Group.

Pricing was a bit high, but we were happy with their work.

I hired Mr. Eduardo for an extensive repair to my sprinkler system. He was very professional, very prompt, and his prices were very fair. I subsequently asked him to come repair a sprinkler head, which he did very quickly. He does quality work, and I would definitely hire him again.

Eduardo is on time or notifies me if he's going to be delayed. We had a lot of sprinkler system problems in a very large (almost 1 acre) yard of the home we bought right after all the freezing weather in Dec 2016 March 2017. He took over after another company basically took a lot of our money and abandoned us without solving the problem we had paid for because they could not find all the leaks. He kept coming back until everything was corrected. He has a great personality as well which is always a plus!
