"Will be making a more in depth review but just wanted to share what my items looked like at drop off, also still missing a TV, a bookshelf, and a side table & we have not unpacked our boxes yet so i’m sure things are broken in there as well. Please never use this company. They are the absolute worst. Paid almost $3600 for them to break and lose more than half of our items. UPDATE: Still have yet to unpack any boxes. Just found out they also Broke our 1 out of 2 TVs the other one is still “missing” the whole top of the TV is bent. ripped our couch, lost the legs to our couch, lost all of the screws to both of our desks, lost the legs to our kitchen table as well. We are missing about 6 items total as of now. Our boxes look like someone opened them and went through them. This is absolutely crazy how dare you even claim to be a business."

"The GOOD – The two movers were friendly and booking their service was easy. The BAD – Something was damaged, as the movers tried to force a too-tall curio cabinet under a too-short door frame. The company’s insurance only covers 60 cents per pound of the damaged object and does not cover property damage. It doesn’t matter that your smart TV cost $900—if it only weighs 20 pounds, you are only getting $12 to replace it. The $80 I received did not come close to covering the cost of refurbishing my vintage curio cabinet or repairing the door frame. The UGLY – In addition to the $95 per hour moving fee and the base $95 transportation fee, the company charged me $175 for “moving supplies.” The movers only moved NINE items—one of which they destroyed—AND they damaged a door frame in my new home. I do not believe that I should’ve been asked to pay for “moving supplies” that do not protect my items or my property. (Incidentally, the “moving supplies” amounted to several blankets and a TV-sized cardboard sleeve—all of which get can be reused over and over again by the company—and a roll of postal packing tape. Thus, I basically paid $175 for a roll of tape.) Had the initial quote or contract outlined the exact price of the “moving supplies,” I would’ve chosen another company."
