"Farmers Insurance recommended IMS Relocation to pack up our furniture while the floors were refinished. When they returned the furniture, they damaged some of the furniture, damaged door jams, baseboards and more. For 18 months we emailed Stephanie Miller about the damages and got nothing but lip-service. I had my attorney send a certified letter to the owner Mike Lohner, the owner, demanding they make good on the damage they caused. No response as usual. This week my attorney is filing my case in court. A reputable company would make good on the damages they caused, but not IMS Relocation. Be WARE!!"
