Farmers Insurance recommended IMS Relocation to pack up our furniture while the floors were refinished. When they returned the furniture, they damaged some of the furniture, damaged door jams, baseboards and more. For 18 months we emailed Stephanie Miller about the damages and got nothing but lip-service. I had my attorney send a certified letter to the owner Mike Lohner, the owner, demanding they make good on the damage they caused. No response as usual. This week my attorney is filing my case in court. A reputable company would make good on the damages they caused, but not IMS Relocation. Be WARE!!

The coordinator couldn't have been more responsive or helpful. They provided all the moving boxes and packing paper for the cost of a small delivery fee. All questions were answered promptly. The movers were quick, careful and friendly. There was no damage or loss to any of our household goods.

They did a great job. I was sort of behind in packing and they helped me out. The driver and the two guys working with him were very helpful during the move.
