Park Place Roofing, LLC was formed from the ground-up in Dallas in 2005 by The Smith Family, who have had their hand in the construction business for over 50 years. The Smith's spent their early careers working tough jobs in commercial and residential construction as well as farming, where they learned a lot about the value of hard work and an appreciation for the tangible results that come with manual labor. "To begin with it was good. Great communication along with a good price. After he was paid the service and communication went down hill. The roof was removed and replaced on a Saturday. The crew did not speak any English and used a phone app to communicate with me. Marc was no where to be found on the replacement day. Fast forward 10 months, and there are a few minor issues. One of the roofing shingles blew off. And a vent pipe in the attic was broken. Also, the gutter guards were missing. Marc's replies were that a tree rubbed the shingle lose, the nearest tree branch is over 20 feet away. Then he said it was a squirrel. The pipe he said had nothing to do with the roof. I made the comment that the roofers had to move the pipe on the roof to get the shingles in place. After waiting over a month for someone to come check everything out, Marc quoted me $500 to make the repairs that should have been covered under warranty. I asked ofr his Insurance information and he would not provide it to me. I have several pictures of the damaged items."
