"It went well. The crew of three arrived at 4:00 and left at 7:00. They caulked cracks, covered vents, blocked holes, and capped vents.
They also repaired my chimney covers. That crew hit the ground running. They had ladders and were on the roof very quickly.
Most of my problems were on the roof but they found cracks in my bricks and filled them.
I checked on them a couple of times just to see what was happening; I never saw them take a break. Their foreman, Jamie, was very courteous and polite. He called ahead to tell me his progress on route. Wow! How nice is that.
I think I got my money's worth with this company. I only was interested in barrier control. AND I think they did an excellent job."

They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

"The initial estimation was very through and descriptive.  Was very patient and helpful when my choice of color was rejected by the HOA and had to resubmit.  Crew was very polite and did a great job. ( They even cleaned up my dog's mess in the back yard - sorry...)  The owner personally followed up and did walk through inspection after the work was completed, and offered to repair the chimney damage ( due to aging )  that his crew discovered while installing the roof.

"Showed up on time, installed a cricket(which we had never heard of) to raise the pitch of the roof. Have not had any measurable amount of rain to check for leaks except 1 small rain chance in July, roof did not leak. "They came out and did an assessment of my roof and told me that I did not need a total roof replacement at this time.  They said that the pipes in my roof could begin to leak and I could use the coupon to replace all of those and repair my roof tiles from the hurricane.  Since, I had already paid for the coupon I decided to go ahead and let them do the work.  They came out on a Saturday as discussed and did the work.  No complaints.
