The main issue with the company was the way the shingles were installed. I explained hat I did NOT want the shingles installed the way the old shingles were installed. They were in a rustic manner. I wanted them installed in a modern manner. They said they knew what I wanted. When I came home from work I saw that they were installed in the same rustic manner as the old ones. They refused to make it right. Since then I have had the roof converted to standard "asphalt" type shingles. But the roof is in need of repair so I have been looking at reviews before deciding on quotes.

It did work out really well actually. They did a great job! All good. It took a couple of weeks, I believe. I don?t recall it taking too long, they were pretty on top of it. 
What all did they remodel in the garage? We had missing walls, so they put in new walls, taped, floated, painted and they fixed a hole in the ceiling, and put a door to the attic. It was awesome!

The initial estimation was very through and descriptive.  Was very patient and helpful when my choice of color was rejected by the HOA and had to resubmit.  Crew was very polite and did a great job. ( They even cleaned up my dog's mess in the back yard - sorry...)  The owner personally followed up and did walk through inspection after the work was completed, and offered to repair the chimney damage ( due to aging )  that his crew discovered while installing the roof.
Very honest and I was able to trust them from the beginning to the completion.  I would recommend this company to all my friends.

Work began on time, and most of it was completed. However, the contractor didn't finish the job. He was unresponsive to my repeated phone calls. It took a complaint to the BBB to get him to finish.  The job was finally completed five months after it was started.  His quality was okay, but due to the unresponsiveness, I will not use him again.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS GREAT. THEY DID LOTS OF EXTRA THINGS THAT WERE NOT ON MY SHEET AND THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME A DIME EXTRA THAN THEY HAD QUOTED. THEIR QUALITY OF WORK WAS AWESOME. THEY WERE ALL DONE IN ONE DAY.

THIS COMPANY STARTED BRIGHT AND EARLY THE DAY THEY WERE SCHEDULED TO START. IT TOOK THEM A DAY AND A HALF TO FINISH MY ROOF. GREAT JOB, BEAUTIFUL ROOF.
