we had our pool installed in July 2023,staff and pool installer did a awesome job, but recently starting having issues with pool pump motor was making a loud humming sound. I was told it could be the pump impeller maybe that it had some debris caught up in there, I ended up taking in to A-Tex were they found out it was my bearings, even though I was a little bit over on my year warranty they were nice enough to help me out and replace them and repaired it that same day ,Thank you to all to staff Nick, Buddy and manager for going all out to help us!!

Probably the nicest business I have ever dealt with. I bought a pool from them, great customer service. I had an issue with my pump and they resolved it immediately with no hassle. Great people. I would recommend them to anyone.

A-Tex is an AMAZING place! All the employees go above and beyond for their customers. We have had our pool since 2016 and are from out of town and yet they always remember us and continually tend to any needs! The first time we changed the sand in the filter they were on the phone walking us through it. They are truly the best! And their products are all top quality.....we will never go elsewhere! Brian, his brother, and staff are super helpful. Willing to actually help you work through pool or spa questions instead of just trying to sell ypu a bunch of stuff.

We installed our above ground pool ourselves and needed a few replacement parts. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Affordable pricing and truly a family run business.

Perfect. Atex set up my installation after the sale and everything was completed as promised. They even helped with arranging a pool wall replacement install after my deck installation contractor's crew punctured my pool wall with a saw.

-gave me a lot of info so i could make an informed decision -pricing was good as near end of summer -had a contractor who did the install- that contractor was flexible when something needed to be done in our yard first -always helpful and encouraging with water/chemical balance issues -tested water for free -chemical sales readily available and competitive pricing -everyone was helpful when i came in or when i called -owners involved in the business, family owned -people you can go back to year after year -gave me confidence with my purchase -excellent customer service. did not get the impression they wanted to sell me a pool and then leave me alone, no longer cared about me- i got the impression they wanted me to be happy and successful with the pool choice i made and helped me solve problems when they occurred -never regretted purchasing my pool from them (i did do some comparative shopping first)

They were great. They were knowledgable and they were very thorough in taking me through the steps of buying the pool and servicing it. They were overall good.

Couldn't have ask for better. Bryan was very helpful at the Bandera Rd, San Antonio location. Workers came on date and time scheduled and completed the job in a timely manner. Completely satisfied with the work performed. (Prefer not to reveal cost of service but it was as expected)

We just moved into a house with a pool. The person that we purchased the home from told us that she went to A-Tex for all of her pool needs. When we went, we explained that we had never owned a pool and needed some help opening up, maintaining it, etc. The staff at A-Tex was patient and very helpful in explaining everything we needed to do. We'll definately be going back!

I liked them a lot. They were trustworthy and they did what they said they would do. The installers knew their business. They removed the dirt that they excavated and moved it to the pasture as I have a farm. They gave me full details on what it would cost and what we have to do before they started the work. The installer is an independent contractor so we paid him separately. I am happy with the quality. They are workers so I cannot expect them to be like office people but they were very courteous.

A-Tex Pools and Billiards really gave us exactly what we were looking for. It wasn't your most extravagant pool, but they took great pride in paying attention to detail, even on this smaller job. The crew who built it was very good about keeping the yard in order for us throughout the project and we never felt like they were in our way. The pool turned out great and we appreciate the quality of pool they gave us.

A-Tex Pools and Billiards helped me find a used motor for my water filter pump instead of spending the money for a new one that I couldn't afford. They were a good company. I would use them again for future work on my pool. They were great.
