He called 10 mins later to confirm and 30 mins after that, the doorbell rang! He showed up wearing a mask and had even stepped back to a safe social distance!! He was polite, personable, safe and respectful! Very impressive. He quickly evaluated the slow drain in the kitchen sink, gave an estimate that was thoroughly reasonable, and then got to work on it. He was noticeably careful bringing his tools and gear into & out of the house. (Much appreciated!) He worked quickly & efficiently, did a great job communicating what he was doing and in explaining & demonstrating that it was fixed! He even did a good (**not merely adequate**) job of cleaning up!
