"I needed an expert to check out my fireplace issue- soot, air flow, rusty gas pipes. After checking all out (chimney was fine, no sweep needed) he determined a new gas log system was needed- rusty pipes were too gone and the prior installation was backwards! I picked a new set and installed it a few weeks later. Mr Hammond provided expert service, was honestly professional, and super clean. "Shasha came to inspect the inside fireplace and outside chimney. A cleaning wasn’t necessary so he didn’t recommend it. He let us know about some caulking that needed to be done outside. My husband goes on the roof regularly so he didn’t push that service either. We ended up getting a free inspection. Very thankful to Noble Air for their service call! Will definitely call them again!"
