I could write pages about everything CH Home Improvement LLC did wrong, but honestly, after all the frustration of trying to get Caio to complete the job that I had already paid for 100% upfront, this review will be the last bit of time I dedicate to these companies. No company is perfect, but a good company should prioritize the satisfaction and success of its clients. That is absolutely not the case with CH Home Improvement LLC. They never follow up on their own initiative; you have to call multiple times to resolve an issue, and even then, nothing gets done. I've even considered taking the matter to court. When Caio and his team show up for work, they wear uniforms for CH Home Improvement, making it clear they are one and the same. Caio Henrique and his team have no interest in whether you're satisfied with the work. Caio, in particular, seems unprepared and lacks the technical knowledge to lead projects. He always has an excuse ready and never takes responsibility for problems.

Caio and his team at CH Home Improvement are extremely detailed in their work. I hired them to paint the inside of my house and also remove my carpet and tiles to install 2900 sqft of vinyl. Their craftsmanship is amazing, they are really committed to deliver a high quality work. I also asked them to remodel 3 bathrooms. Caio went to Floor&Decor with me and helped me choose all the materials, they did pickup and took care of everything, even extra things that were not covered under the contract.
