Winston Water Cooler, LTD was originally established in 1963 by Al Winston as Winston Water Cooler Company. The core business was selling and servicing water coolers and fountains in the DFW metroplex. In 1992 Mr. Winston sold Winston Water Cooler Company to Roy Ferguson. The company was renamed to Winston Water Cooler, Inc. At that time, the company added water purification to the line of products. In June 2000, Jane Butter purchased the assets of Winston Water Cooler, Inc from Mr. Roy Ferguson and formed Winston Water Cooler, LTD. Since 2000, Winston Water Cooler and our Family of Companies have expanded to over 55 locations in 6 states and over a dozen different services and over 600 employees. Our expansion has been fueled by our branch managers who are equity owners with skin in the game, deep relationships and strong ties to the local communities.

"Awful! Workmanship was poor, no-show rate high. No “work crew” as promised; contractor brought his wife and minor children to “help”. Products ordered and paid for, damaged during installation necessitating do-over. Did not do installation following manufacturer recommendations. Blamed manufacturer for quarantine-related delays, but we verified order and ship dates with the manufacturer. Delays were contractor’s fault. Contractor made repeated draws on labor charges; stopped showing up when draws exceeded contracted labor fee. He collected state sales tax but has no tax permit on file with TX Comptroller’s Office. Posted photos on Facebook of other projects he was doing while he told us he had to quarantine due to COVID exposure. Never finished project; 60 days after bath remodel tear-out started, we hired a plumber and are completing finish work ourselves. Have posted other reviews and found that contractor has posted fake reviews for his own company. Reported to Facebook, and FB removed his business page."

We have experience with commercial and residential new and remodeling construction. We are a family oriented business that keeps you in mind at all times. Definitely the people that you would want to freshen up or add on whatever suits your needs. We will personally come and bid any job, and submit a detailed proposal. Once agreed upon 50% will be required upon delivery of material unless a working relationship has been established. Payed on performanc for big jobs. Final billing will be done when job is complete.
