"A surprising and most welcome outcome, as opposed to other home improvement experiences. Steve is more than competent, and also a bit meticulous about his work. His rates are fair, and he sticks by his estimates. He is also punctual, and works in a timely manner, always cleaning the work area as he goes and especially as he finishes.
