"A surprising and most welcome outcome, as opposed to other home improvement experiences. Steve is more than competent, and also a bit meticulous about his work. His rates are fair, and he sticks by his estimates. He is also punctual, and works in a timely manner, always cleaning the work area as he goes and especially as he finishes. "Mike and his team did a wonderful job on multiple things. They hung a beautiful, very heavy, pot rack in my kitchen. They added some shelves in my kitchen as well as fixed some plumbing and recaulked/remounted a very loose kitchen sink. They dug out all the old caulk around my windows, repaired them and repainted. He fixed all rotting wood around outside of house and up around the chimney and repainted. Mike is great at plumbing, electrical, woodwork, and can build fences as well. Always on time (if not... early) and works a full day. Extremely reliable and I highly recommend. We already have phase 2 of our work ready to go. Great job!"
