When he came in at such a better price than everyone else, I put the previous bids in front of him to help me understand. He spent time explaining to me why all the other expenses weren't justified. He did not have to do that, because it delayed their finishing their job by a day, and interrupted their next job. But he is honest in decent and wanted my home to be safe. They removed all of the old insulation, replaced my ductwork, and blew in new insulation. They were kind, courteous, and professional at all times.
