Everything was as described. Great guy and really good job. On time, fast, and neat. Asked for warranty on new motor several times but he did not provide it. I would use him again but would clarify getting all the paperwork for new equipment up front.
Cleaning went well, cleaning person was on time and sofa looked good after work. But worker was very careless with his equipment dragging everything around and hitting walls and other furniture with the hose he used to clean the sofa. He seemed annoyed to be there.

I hired them and learned, once the job was ‘done’ that the inspection and work didn’t include trim at the second story because the company’s policy didn’t allow outside work above the first floor. Before knowing that, I asked the handyman to give me a quote to replace and paint all the doors in my house. After a week or so, I got a quote for door replacement and was given a phone number of a company to call to get them painted. Maybe I’m wrong, but I expected a handyman to be a jack of all trades.
