He was very careful to tape up the bathroom to make sure none of our surfaces/fixtures were damaged during the process. The tech was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process and even gave me some pointers on how to maintain our new tub. Once he was completed, he cleaned up the area and it looks like we have a brand new tub! 
I'm pleased with the work they did and it beats having to get a whole new tub, have it disposed, installation, etc etc.
