He is very knowledgeable, and he told me exactly what I needed to do to get my pool up and running! I have called a bunch of companies, and he is the only one that actually showed up when he said he was going to. Very reliable!

Hire him he is one of the good ones. Iâ ve had 2 others come out and one only sent young young kids who play music entire time and can only communicate with a yes or no answer.

This man is nice, but he way overcharges for what he delivers. I agreed to $180 to professionally patch my torn pool liner on both sides. He came out for 9 minutes and slapped a piece of waterproof tape on the outer face then sent me a bill for $180. This is the exact same repair I'd made for a $12 roll of waterproof tape (he removed my repair then applied one that was inferior to it). I contacted him about this, and to his credit he came back out and spent 20 minutes applying another piece of tape to the backside. This isn't Frisco, where people are helpless and rich. My 8 year old boy could have done the repair he did. I feel robbed.

I found The Retired Pool Guy after looking sometime for someone that came to Commerce. We bought a home with pool that was a swampy green mess. And had been that way for months. Randy has been a Godsend in helping us get this thing cleaned up and swimmable! Dependable and reasonable!

Randy was knowledgable, but in my opinion was mostly interested in selling me a new pad. If it wasn't for his assistant, "Don", I would have requested another person thru Crown Pools.
