"I am having a full master bath and kitchen remodel done with new layouts in both rooms and knocking out a wall. Evolution worked with me to quickly get a drawing done of the new layouts so that the contractor could get started on the project. They made sure to include me in the process so that the design would be done exactly as my wife and I envisioned. They communicated effectively throughout the process and were always courteous and professional. I recommend them to anyone with drafting needs."

"My husband and I recently started looking for a bathroom designer to complete our bathroom design floor plan. We came across several contractors but they all seemed to produce the exact same templates and designs. We wanted something different. After several consultations from local companies, we decided to ask a neighbor about their recent project. We were referred to Eric and the Top Leader team and after an appointment with Eric, we were very impressed by what they had shown us. Their service and presentation was outstanding and Eric introduced us to several designers within the company that could assist us with our design retainer. After having our bathroom layout redesigned, and revising their proposed layout, we realized that we definitely made the right choice. We will surely recommend Top Leader Construction to our friends and family in the future and will probably use them to renovate our home upstate. Thanks again for all of your help Eric!"

"Wally was able to take our general ideas for a sun room & turn them into a quality work of art.  His architectural knowledge & experience was extensive & his recommendations on hardware, materials of construction, best practices, etc. was impressive.  We went through several revisions as our ideas evolved & Wally was always patient, available & very professional.  His graphic systems allowed us to make revisions as we discussed the designs & see the results instantly in 3D views.  The level of detail was such that we felt we were standing in the new room.  Our Homeowner's Association indicated that it was among the best packages it had seen & approval was very quick.  We would highly recommend Wally."

"This company was really great. I am very happy with the foundation repair and leveling that they did on my home. I had hired another company 2 years ago that didn't do a good job. Aztec fixed my house and it looks 1000 times better than it did before. The workers were really nice and professional. They took care of problems without me having to be standing over them. I would recommend this company to anybody needing foundation repairs or leveling."

"The design was totally useless to me. I was extremely disappointed.

"I feel extremely fortunate to have found Vicki through Angie's List !  She is an extremely talented person who is very easy to deal with. She has a breath of knowledge that allows her to accommodate my tastes, but also ensure that the overall design is in sync with the design and location of my home.  She has  a very diplomatic way of suggesting when I'm going astray with my choices and in every case where she has told me "Trust Me"  I have been delighted ! She is very aggressive in helping me find the best pricing and often times will work with the vendors directly  hence saving me the time.  She also has excellent local contacts.  Everyone I've worked with through Vicki has been timely, professional, and highly competent.
My project is far from complete.  I intend to continue to use Vicki and her expert advice until the end !!!!"

"They arrived on time and answered all my questions. The completed job looks phenomenal. The best thing I can do for this review is show you the before and after photos.

If your driveway is cracked and has sunken due to time and the ground underneath shifting/settling, get PolyLEVEL? done. It's cheaper than having it re-poured.
