After two weeks, I found Skylight Solutions in Dallas, who manufacture skylight domes and ship them nationwide. Despite not being very close, they were within an hour's drive, which was fortunate. Their professional inspected the skylight with the tarp still on, ensuring the house remained dry. As the skylight's size was not standard, Skylight Solutions had to make a custom dome. A few weeks later, the same professional installed the new dome, offering a more secure installation option, which I declined due to budget constraints from our recent house move. Nonetheless, the new dome looks great both from the outside and inside, reflecting the quality product and installation from Skylight Solutions, evident in their 4.9 out of five rating."

"Daylight Rangers installed 2 solatubes a year ago: 1 in my kitchen and 1 in my hallway. The before and after difference is amazing. My kitchen and hallway were so dark that I needed to keep lights on all day. The solatubes are round and match my recessed lighting. I don't need to turn the lights on until evening. The brightness was a little much for me at first, so he put filters in which softened the light. I would recommend solatubes to add natural lighting to a room. I would also recommend Daylight Rangers. They were prompt, did a good job with installation, made a follow up visit and follow up calls. Good customer service."

"We had a very old skylight that needed to be replaced. After they removed the old skylight they discovered that it was not a standard opening so a custom skylight had to be ordered. They did not charge us additional $$ for the custom skylight. They secured the opening so that even with the bad storms it did not leak. The custom skylight took about 4 weeks to be made due in part to the corona virus stuff, but once it was finished they installed it that same day. Unfortunately, we had very high winds in subsequent days that caused the skylight to rattle. We sent a text to Juston and he came out within 30 minutes to tighten the skylight. All fixed! Revised review: we had a leak with all the rain recently, so we had Juston out to take a look at the roof around our chimney. After his inspection, his opinion was that it was not the roof or chimney, but that the gutter layout was causing the rain to back up in the area of the leak. So instead of "fixing" the chimney for $1,000+, he suggested we have the gutters re-routed as a first step. We will appreciated the honest opinion! But that is not all! While we were in the house on a conference call, he was on the roof doing the inspection. He said he heard a pop around the side of the house where the pool pump is located. He went to check and saw nothing, but a few minutes later, he saw smoke. He quickly climbed down off the roof, yelled to us that there was a fire and grabbed the garden hose and put the fire out! Needless to say, he saved our house from much worse damage. We promised to take him and his wife to dinner when the restaurants open back up! We can highly recommend this company and Juston! Their motto is "prepared to be amazed"...we were amazed!"
