We had damage to our roof from last spring’s hail storms. Sean and his team at Integrity Roofing did a great job explaining the whole process to us. Sean is very professional and detailed. He works with the insurance company to make sure everything is covered and he fixes it correctly. He was very patient with having to deal with the insurance company and the lien holder (mortgage company) who also has a process. His team did a great job installing the roof in just under 2 days. They also took care of our gutters and some other damage from the large hail stones. I've lived in my house for over ten years and Integrity Roofing has replaced my roof twice, both resulting after severe hail storms. On each occasion they worked with my city and insurance company to ensure all issues were noted during the inspection and adjustment phases of the replacement process. There were no issues during the installment phase and the workers did an excellent job of cleaning the property of nails, shingles, etc. after completion. I highly recommend using Integrity Roofing!

Integrity did a good job from the beginning to the completion of the job. Sean and his team were professional, timely, and completed within the estimated time. Sean walked us through the entire process and ensured that we clearly understood the attention to the materials used on the job and how we would expect to see results. Overall, this was a positive experience.

Job went well however skylight installation was delayed requiring a second trip to finish job. This was due to first skylights not being correct size which had to be reordered. Overall workmanship was good and installers were competant and professional.

To start, Mr. Duffy was late. We had agreed to meet around 5:30 on Friday September 8, 2017. At 6pm I hadn't heard from anyone so I called and left a message. I received a call at about 6:10pm telling me he was running late and would be about 20 more minutes. At 6:50pm I received a call from Mr. Duffy saying he was at my house but I wasn't answering the door. I was standing outside my home, he was at the wrong address. So he showed up and gave me his I-pad presentation and then we discussed a repair I need to have to my ceiling (out of MY pocket, not insurance work) which will require painting my living room and kitchen so that everything matches. He first quoted me between $800 and $1200, then after talking for a few more minutes about options, he then said $1200 to $1500 for the same work. At the end, he wanted me to sign the contract then. I explained that my husband was working out of town and I needed to discuss it with him first. Mr. Duffy wanted me to call him right then to which I responded that he is working in a middle eastern country (which is the absolute truth) and that it would have been about 3am at that time. So Mr. Duffy took pictures of my insurance claim and said he would work up a bid and email it to me. It's two weeks later as I am writing this review and I have received nothing from him (I have therefore gone with someone else). I have seen many signs in my neighborhood which is why I called him for a bid. I feel like since I didn't sign on the dotted line at the moment he was done with his presentation, he had no intention of trying to get my business. Maybe he has so much, he didn't need mine. Very disappointed.

The new roof, gutters and skylight were of the highest quality and Integrity’s workers did a great job in cleaning up the debris. The company lives up to its name and does not cut corners. In 2008 my roof was damaged by hail and Integrity roofing was my contractor. I had never heard of Integrity, but the man who inspected my roof was so professional, accommodating, and nice that I gave him the job. The roofers did an exceptional job and did it promptly. They had to remove a layer of asphalt shingles and a layer of wood shingles and re-deck the roof. They were fast and cleaned up well after the job was finished. So who did I call last week when hail again damaged my roof? Sean Duffy was out the next day and inspected the damage then met a few days later with my insurance adjuster and handled the whole thing for me. We tried following up a few times after the initial appointment (which lasted a long time, because he stayed and talked forever). The Integrity Roofing guy (don't remember his name, but he's the owner) even met our insurance adjuster out at our house to show him hail damage on other surfaces to help us (read: HIM) get the most money possible for our damage. However, because our insurance policy was an ACV policy, he decided it wasn't enough money for him, so he never returned our calls or followed up. We ended up getting $18k from our insurance company, so plenty of money to cover the roof, but he was planning on a big job where he got to do the gutters, solar screens, etc, so I guess just the roof job wasn't enough?? Very frustrating.

This was the second time using their services. Both times we were totally satisfied with the work performed. The roofing system they offer and installed is second to none. They arrived on time and were able to complete the job ahead of schedule. The crew did an excellent job of cleaning up after work was completed. After researching multiple roofing companies online we decided to get a quote from Integrity Roofing of Keller. Integrity did a great job with my new roof. After the hail storms we had this spring there were a number of roofers out knocking on doors. For some reason I simply felt comfortable with Integrity over the other guys. I definitely made the right decision. They did a great job on the roof. They were clean and courteous. They took the time to walk through everything with me in detail up front and during the work phase they covered everything around the house so they did not get debris in the pool or the flower beds.
