"Alex was very nice & courteous k seemed to know exactly what we needed and we felt like we make a good decision. The job was supposed to be a three days job. At first Alex would return my calls and then no calls, would occasionally send a person out to do another portion of the work and as of today we haven't seen him, heard from him, can get a return call and the work is not complete.
