Also, one link of caulk missed the mark and had to be redone. I do understand that stuff happens, but I knocked off a star for that delay and return trip. Overall, though, it was an easy and pleasant experience."

They were very patient with both my husband and myself answering all our questions and addressing any concerns we may have had.
