"This review is more than a year overdue, but I was very happy and satisfied with the job done by Brick Restoration Inc. I had a plumbing leak (frozen pipe break) in the wall behind the kitchen sink, and the repair could only be made from the outside wall of the house. BRI quoted me a very fair price for brick removal and restoration. When it came time restore the hole in the brick, BRI came back out and filled in the hole with all new bricks. Since it is nearly impossible to find the same kind of bricks, their brick layer was very skilled at painting the bricks to match the existing bricks. I was very happy with the work that was done. I entrusted Mario (head of Home Epert Exterior) to complete the concrete project which included the following: framing, digging, pouring. leveling, and replacing any objects that they removed. Upon completion, I noted that they didn't remove the framing from the side of the house, they didn't replace the fence correctly, and left 3 holes in the concrete. I tried contacting his company several times to no avail. I tried messaging also.
