They communicated multiple times about time and date (reminders leading up to the day) and when I showed up he was already complete with the drone footage and doing his inspection space by space. He was thoroughly knowledgeable and very kind and personable. He eased a lot of concerns and then sent over a 13 page report with photos and directions. It was amazing and totally worth the money for peace of mind Amin this whole process. I will be using their services a few more times for this and Ronnie laid out the next phase and who would be doing what. Overall, it was really great. Highly recommend!"

Also did a lot of extra value added services (repaired tiles, cleaned under eaves etc). It was an expensive job because of complexity but a fair price. Glad to pay it to such good people."

Once we decided to proceed, vendor's employee arrived at designed time to remove door and replace with a temporary. We were told the work would take 1 week, and it did. We got a call on the morning of the day door was to be returned, and the employee arrived at the appointed time. The quality of the work was excellent. We have already recommended the vendor to friends."

They falsely advertise on their site that they are BBB accredited, which their are actually not as of 01/28/25. 2. I have submitted a Formal Demand for Refund of Pre-Payment for Inaccurate Architectural Designs provided by Victor’s Remodeling and Construction and have now submitted this for Houston BBB to address since Victor himself does not have the intention to refund the pre-payment for unusable designs. This has been going on since August 2024. Victor's Remodeling and Construction has been a horrible experience here in Houston, TX. I would not trust them to deliver whatsoever. They are quick to collect moneys and delay, deny and deflect when issues arise. Do not pre-pay any construction company and certainly stay far away from this one."
