I have submitted a Formal Demand for Refund of Pre-Payment for Inaccurate Architectural Designs provided by Victor’s Remodeling and Construction and have now submitted this for Houston BBB to address since Victor himself does not have the intention to refund the pre-payment for unusable designs. This has been going on since August 2024. Victor's Remodeling and Construction has been a horrible experience here in Houston, TX. I would not trust them to deliver whatsoever. They are quick to collect moneys and delay, deny and deflect when issues arise. Do not pre-pay any construction company and certainly stay far away from this one."
