"We recently purchased a house that is nearly 50 years old. We contacted Honesty Foundation and they came out to look at our house. Joe and his daughter arrived on time and were prepared for the job. They made a very accurate drawing of the house perimeter during the evaluation and took measurements of the slab foundation. In the end, Joe told us that there really wasn't any work for them to do. He told us our foundation/slab was in good condition and that it was level. There were small deviations but in his opinion, they didn't warrant any work. We were very impressed with his professionalism and transparency. When it does come time to have our foundation leveled, we will definitely be calling Joe back. He's the real deal!"

"I bought a big deal from Angie?s List for a foundation inspection on January 4, 2014.  There were a few small cracks in my bricks and an eroded spot in one corner of my house that I had some concerns about.  I called and scheduled an appointment for January 16, 2014.  The Golden brothers came out and made a visual inspection all around the outside of my house noting some cracks.  Then they came inside and took readings from every corner of every room in the house to determine the level of the foundation within a tenth on one inch.  They noted the level of each corner on a diagram of my house that I provided them.  They found two low areas and concluded that there had been some minor settling in my foundation but, they did not seem to think I had any major issues at this time.  They gave me a couple of options.  
One being, I could put down some soaker hoses and keep an eye on the two areas that show signs of settling with the possibility that these areas were now stable or, if need I could have foundation work sometime in the future if need at that time. The second being, they could rise, level,  and stabilize the areas now if I wanted.  Their minimum bid was $1,800 but, with the necessary permits and an engineering stamp the total came to $2,650.00.  On January 23, 2014 they emailed me a copy of the diagram with the levels and a contract. I am still considering my options.
Golden Construction/Foundation Company preformed a good inspection and evaluation of the foundation of my house and I will likely call them if and when I need any foundation work in the future.

We are in a time when customers are quick to complain and find fault with the quality of work that has been completed. I am doing just the opposite.Abry's team was professional, friendly and very helpful whenever I asked any questions and they took the time to carry on a conversation while they were working. Their work ethic and attention to detail totally impressed me. They put in nine piers and at the end of the day—I can honestly say that there was NO evidence they did any work.
