AFF Honesty Foundation

We contracted with Honesty Foundation TWICE -- that should tell you a lot. They were on time, and exceeded my expectations for the quality of their work. They were successful where other contractors had failed. Several years later when I needed additional documentation in order to sell the home, they were understanding, responsive, and timely. These are good people who do good work. They have my highest recommendation -- and I don't do that very often!

Great! Found Honesty by word of mouth after very bad experience with another foundation company. They just continued to do what didn't work originally. Honesty came in and evaluated the conditions, proposed and explained a plan to resolve the sinking slab, and executed the work. Foundation on that end of the house has not moved since. Called them back out when we noticed the far end of the house had developed cracks and had started settling. Same great process, and same great results.

Honesty Foundation is truly professional and honest. Can be trust and dependent on. Wish This family business growing bigger and bigger and benefits for many of us.

From the first impression during the inspection and estimation until the very end I was extremely pleased with the transparency and confidence of Mr. Winter and his crew. Mr. Winter is very responsive and answered all my questions (I made many phone calls because I asked questions as they popped into my head). Honesty Foundation was the second foundation inspection I got for my property, and he identified the same issues that the previous expert company did. However, the transparency, fairness, and honesty (no pun intended) is what sold me vs. the other company. I will be recommending Honesty Foundation to everyone I know.

I had a fireplace that had shifted from its foundation. I called AFF Honesty Foundation and Joe was able to come the next day. He came and looked at the problem and was able to provide me a reasonable quote. He and his daughter came the following day and started the job. They were able to add to piers to support the fireplace in order to keep it from shifting even further.

We had a good experience with this company. The price was the best we found after 7 other estimates were given. Wasn’t cheap for the amount of work needed and performed but it was very fair and reasonable, and the work was of good quality. The owner and his crews are very hardworking and professional. When we found out that the front of our house (20 years old) had to be raised, we called several companies. Some were big named companies and then we called Honesty after seeing good reviews in the Nextdoor Neighbor App. All of them came over and had the exact same readings on their digital level meter. But Honesty was the least of the estimates for the same basic number of pilings. Andre showed up on time to give us their estimate. He was extremely friendly and professional. He did not bad mouth any of the other companies but rather talked about his company and owner Joe Winters. He took the time to go over everything with us and answered all the questions we had for him. He was very thorough and patient. Upon advice of a builder who stated that local companies really rely on word of mouth and that their reputation is key to their success (unlike bigger companies), we decided on Honesty. They did the work in the time that Andre stated. The entire crew was very nice and Jorge, the crew leader, was very professional. Honesty uses the same crew so they are very cognizant of what the owner wants and how he wants every job done; they also work so well together. They lifted the house with Joe, the owner of the company, coming over to oversee that process. They cleaned up afterwards, cemented in the "block outs" where holes through concrete had to be made and the house looked basically untouched except for the mounds of grass over the holes but that is going to be normal. They even took some of the extra dirt and filled in some low level areas in our front lawn for us. Any questions I had for Andre, he answered during the entire process. He answered all texts immediately. You will not go wrong at all with Honesty Foundation!

After providing me a good education about the process, during the initial site visit, we received a fair quote, especially during this time, when many are seeking "house raising" due to Harvey, prices are high. I was ecstatic at the quality of the workmanship and overall service. They were very caring and understanding, regarding the lack of knowledge on my part; including how to prepare in advance, what would the outcome be, how they would clean up, make sure I was happy, and even the follow-up. What a great company. I commend Joe, Ally, Jorge, and their team, for their outstanding job, and most importantly, how they constantly kept me informed, no surprises, and great communication. Great! They completed the job ahead of schedule and charged less than the original quote. When they came out to assess what needed to be done they took my son with them and explained what they were checking for, what needed to be fixed and what was fine. It was totally different from the other company we got a bid from, and the quote was HALF what they were going to charge.

Went great. Despite being a pretty big job (29 exterior piers) work was completed quickly in less than 2 days. Joe Winter was very communicative before, during, and at the completion of the project. Couldn’t have gone smoother.

Andre Wells came out and measured my elevation all around my home and said I did not need repair at this time. He told me what to look for in a bad foundation and really tried to educate me. It was nice to have someone who did not try to sell me on something I did not need. If I ever need foundation repair, I will call them.

Excellent price for the amount of work done. I received lower bids but did not feel comfortable with the description of their work. Deep enough for a man to walk in - which they did. And the filled the footings and piers with massive amounts of concrete blocks and posts. Based and topped off with steel plates. Held together with a variety of metal holders and joinery.

This company met our technical requirements and completed an outstanding job.

We were happy with the foundation work but we were disappointed that our landscaping had been ruined in a couple places around our house. 3 bushes that they attempted to replant, ended up dead because they dried out while they worked. A large section of bushes in the front of our house that were dug up, were thrown away instead of replanted. We're currently selling our house so we will have to replace everything that was damaged to make it look good. We told the foreman what had happened and showed him the damage. Haven't heard back from anyone since then.

Joe showed up on time to look at the house. He verified the measurements from Sealy Engineering and reviewed the scope of work with me. When we decided to move forward, I discussed optional and the potential for an extra pier that may be needed as I had a few concerns since the entire house didn't require leveling. George showed up the next day and began work, was delayed by rain, but still worked to get the job done quickly. We ran into one issue that could easily be fixed with the extra pier that Joe and I discussed. The job was stopped immediately until I could get to the house and talk through the solutions and make a decision. The house was put back into the same shape that it was in when they started, they even watered the replanted bushes.

This is the company you should hire to do your foundation repair. They are very reasonably priced, and they do not try to sell you more than you need. The foundation repair comes with a lifetime transferrable warranty. The owner is straight up honest, and the men doing the work were professional and courteous. They did not leave a big mess when they left. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Joe, his team lead- George and the crew did a great job at my residence. It all began when we first made the call to Honesty Foundation regarding foundation concerns (after carefully vetting numerous foundation repair companies). We spoke to a Andre Wells- Sales Specialty Tech at Honesty Foundation. Andre paid us a visit and explained in detail, the process, cost of repair and outcome after repair. The process was flawless, the team maneuvered to complete the project explaining every little detail involved. Our foundation issues are GONE. Did I say GONE? Yes, GONE! Joe Winter and his crew performed a first-class job! I'm very detail oriented and had many questions after a bit of research. Joe was able to put my mind at ease, answer every question, get me through the hogwash advertising that exists in this particular industry and do an outstanding job during the process. Joe's also a very friend individual, great people skills and he went above and beyond to ensure the job was done correctly. We even had him come back out a month later to level a 2-car garage foundation.

Andre came out and gave us an estimate. He explained the process and what to expect. He gave us a call the day before the crew was to come out and told us what time to expect the crew. The crew arrived right on time and were able to complete the job in one day instead of 2. We obtained a total of 4 estimates and reviewed the reviews on Angie's list. We also checked to see if they are actually listed on the BBB's website. Honesty had great reviews and is listed on the BBB website. As awful as foundation work is to have done, Joe and his crew made it as painless as possible. I've had previous work done by another large company and was very disappointed by the quality of the work, so I had an idea on how the process would go. Pricing was competitive. HIRE THIS COMPANY.
