"Phoenix electrical is owned by Paul, a master electrician, who does the initial consultation to figure out a quote, he is very direct and honest but easy to talk to and work with. Their customer service is excellent, they kept me well informed throughout the process and were very friendly and accommodating. Pheonixs quote was fair without question, his crew had a tough job installing a generator transfer switch kit set up, I live in a house built in the late 80s, so, the electrical system is a bit older and they ran into issues but they worked non stop and persevered through the challenges, found solutions, and completed the job as promised. Without question, I recommend Phoenix Electrical, and I will certainly seek them out first for any future electrical work. Thank you."

"I have an older home and just moved in. I had several plugs that didnât work and some switches we didnât know where they went. The technition spent a lot of time with me sorting out what went where and fixing a lot of small issues with me. He installed an new plug and grounded some new plugs for me. He also installed two new recessed lights. He spent a lot of time helping just figure this house out for a relatively small amount of work that he charged. This is the company you should go with if you want to done right and want the peace of mind."

"Johnnie and Kyle were lifesavers, literally! Our heater kept tripping the breaker and when my husband flipped the switch back on, sparks flew. Our home is new to us, but was built in the 70s, we were unaware of how bad the electrical wiring was, the Inspector, for some reason, didn't catch it when we bought the house. There was an older breaker box inside my husband's closet also, the wiring inside was a jumbled mess and had several burned areas. We were extremely lucky our house hadn't already burned down. Johnnie and Kyle worked way late into the night having to basically rewire everything. They took extra care in making sure our house was safe for us. We also had concerns over the cost, this was not the best time financially for us, but we were pleasantly surprised with what they charged us. Both men were extremely polite, friendly and considerate of our needs. We will be calling Jade Electrical for all of our electrical needs from now on and referring them to everyone we know."
