"a month ago Omg I'm SO ******! Don't EVER take your iPad for repair to G&S Wireless Solutions on Royal Ln in Dallas! Had one working with cracked screen now 2 that won't charge at all!! YESTERDAY 3/13/20 Got 2 screen repair and 2 battery.At least that's how the text messages appear to read to justify increases in quoted price to me. ( shoulda only needed 1 battery I think) Used the charge left in them from yesterday and today NEITHER will charge. And the guy is SUPER RUDE! Saying " they worked on my charger, I can't talk about this all day . I have customers here . If you can't come up with another charger you'll have to bring them in and we look at them again" ( I'm betting for more money) AND he already charged me a little over$100 more than quoted to" FIX" them! I thought him throwing in a used Otter Box case was nice buto $300+later and now we have 0 working iPads ! Before him at least we had one. ( albeit with cracked screen) And HE KNOWS IT'S FOR A CHILD WITH AUTISM/ DOWN SYNDROME TOO( and my other son who's 4) We talked EXTENSIVELY ABOUT IT AND HOW MUCH THE IPAD MEANS with in special needs community. BOTH my sons are tripping and I'm broke now and have 2 boys under quarantine with no iPad. Then he trashed and slandered me on Yelp when he read. my review"

"Our experience with using NFM for our remodel has been a nightmare. We moved out of our house for 8 weeks in order for them to finish the project in 5-6 weeks. NFM chose a subcontractor who, it appears, was not licensed to do the work (I have asked to see licenses and they can't or won't provide that info), and was certainly incompetent. They so badly misinstalled the upstairs shower that it flooded to the master bedroom below on first use. NFM responded to this by agreeing with us to send in a "third-party inspector." But when the inspector found NFM to be fully liable, NFM refused to share the inspection report with us. So, long story short: NFM used incompetent contractors, damaged our home, and then wouldn't tell us what they know about the damage. So we ended up living through a renovation for another 4+ months.
