We were taken advantage of by a previous window company, Texas Pride Windows and Doors / Brian Young, who stole our deposit and ghosted us. Jared and John reached out to us after seeing our story on the Channel 2 news in Houston. They helped us replace 27 windows and 3 doors with very high quality Pella and Thermatru products. They contracted an AWESOME install team lead by Reginaldo and about 12 other installers. ALL were very friendly and professional and stayed until the job was done. "I had a broken front window (window would not stay up) and based on an email from Angi, I called Chief Glass Services of Houston and made an appointment for someone to come out and look at my window. Russell came and he was great. I thought that I needed a brand new window but no, per Russell, the window just needed to be repaired. He didn't have the parts with him and said that he would order the parts and come back and he did. He repaired my window and it is working well. He is also going to come back and work on my glass shower door. I highly recommend Chief Glass Services of Houston for any glass work that you need to have done!"
