"A big thank you to John and Jared of US Windows for saving the day on our window project! We were taken advantage of by a previous window company, Texas Pride Windows and Doors / Brian Young, who stole our deposit and ghosted us. Jared and John reached out to us after seeing our story on the Channel 2 news in Houston. They helped us replace 27 windows and 3 doors with very high quality Pella and Thermatru products. They contracted an AWESOME install team lead by Reginaldo and about 12 other installers. ALL were very friendly and professional and stayed until the job was done. They draped the entire work area and cleaned up EVERYTHING. Excellent attention to detail. I would recommend John, Jared and US Windows for any window replacement job! Thanks Guys!!"

"Blake did an excellent and thorough job. We had a leak that he diagnosed and fixed which ended up being a roof issue. He repaired some exterior window framing and also installed new tile floors. "I called Arc glass when our shower door suddenly fell off its hinges. Luckily it didn't cause any harm. They came out very quickly and gave me a fair estimate to replace our door. They were very informative in telling me they see many shower door issues happening because the shortcuts home builders take to do the easiest install that is not built for long term stability. They did a great job installing and couldn't be any happier with our new shower door!"

"Tommy arrived at the appointed time. After a few minutes surveying the situation, Tommy and his helper got right to work. The old garage apt, door was removed without breaking any glass. New doors were installed after some adjustments. The guys cleaned up after themselves and hauled away the old doors. Everything fits well and looks great. Yes I happily would use him again."
