First, Leo came to do an estimate at the time we agreed on. Most important he went on the roof, took his time and, in short order, figured out where the leak was coming from. Several other contractors either did not go on the roof or were less inciteful. Price wise Leo’s bid was middle range. What impressed me most is that the work was not rushed. The crew took their time to ensure that all the work was done correctly. I am extremely pleased with the results. I highly recommend Velasquez Contractors, llc. Hire them! You’ll be glad you did. Leo and his team professionally prepped our house w rolled paper on the floor and plastic around the kitchen. The contracted drywall replacement, tape, and texture exceeded our expectations. Bid price was lower than others. Final payment request was equal to original bid. A kitchen ceiling replaced A bathroom repair, and A laundry room re-entered. 2 days!

The deck Leo and his crew was beautiful. Leo designed it to be graceful and enhanced our home's appearance. He painted the interior ceiling blue at our request, to keep wasps from flying in. It works! He and his crew were courteous, professional and thorough.

Provided painting interior and exterior with repairs to drywall. Team was efficient and finished job in the amount of time promised. Also made sure I was satisfied if their final work and willing to redo or fix the things that I thought needed a second look. They also did some minor plumbing and repair work. Definitely would call and give a referral and use them again.

Clean every day after the job was done, Communication was very important from Leo at the end of the day and during the project to make sure it was the right way I wanted . Took care of my opinion and input his experience to advice. Did it other extra job around the house I need it at the same time that working in the other project . Leo has built two decks and done a complete exterior and interior home remodel for us. I can't recommend this gentleman highly enough; his workmanship is exceptional, his crew experienced, courteous and professional. I was particularly impressed by the complete clean-up his men did, EVERY evening before going home!

These guys did an amazing job for us. We needed repairs. Paint inside and whole house and 3 exterior buildings A deck rebuilt and siding fixed. They were great at all of it. I would use them again for any project.

High quality work. Dependable and good pace of work. Very good attention to detail. Leo helped with the design of a carport with a 30 span using a 16 x30 architectural beam. Turned out fantastic. Painted a 3 story house, nailed siding, repaired gutters and replaced some shingles. Great job!

Highly recommended for any kind of jobs you need from sheetrock to wood work to trims. Takes real good care of property. They were dusting things in my house AFTER they finished. That to me is above and beyond service!!!!
