"Very efficient, returned call promptly. Kept me updated on progress. Sent pictures and was very knowledgeable on everything that we asked about. We are not from the area and he made us comfortable in doing business with him. He looked for areas to save money and efficiency. Pleasant to communicate with. Will definitely hire again. Thank you"

"Rebuilt 800 sq ft deck and 2 pergolas. Adam was always on time and explained what he needed to do for the job. He totally removed the old deck and pergolas and rebuilt both in a very timely manner. He discussed any changes he need to make before hand and made sure that they were OK. At the end of each day he cleaned up the area and bagged all of the trash. The new deck and pergolas are much better than the original and look great! The cost was exactly what he quoted at the beginning of the job. I would highly recommend Adam and would not hesitate to hire him again."

"Great! I had two new bathroom faucets installed, a leaky backflow valve on my water treatment system replaced, a broken toilet flange fixed and he replaced the filters on on my drinking water treatment system. Kraig was on time, neat and I feel like the price was fair. I would definitely recommend Kraig as a all around handyman."

"Blake was the consummate professional. Showed up on time each day and got the job done. He even cam on a Saturday to redo the shower plumbing in order to raise it a bit to accommodate my height. Job took about a week since I had some wet areas that needed to dry."

"I'm not sure how difficult the work really was but to me it seemed impossible. John was very good in asking me questions and drew up a sketch of the coffee table I was talking about. It was like magic, the vision I had in my head appeared in his sketch pad. Since then I've had him do many things like, refinish my dining room table, build a dresser for my daughter (that she designed), cutting boards, work bench for my husband. He is now working on a entertainment center for me and will soon start a play house bunch bed for my daughter."

Pool Table Assembly questions, answered by experts

Watch for visible gaps between the coping and deck, which indicate shifting clay soil beneath your pool construction and installation. Water loss exceeding a quarter inch per day signals a hidden leak that erodes the foundation. Rust-colored stains point to corroding internal rebar from hard TX groundwater. Address pumps that run constantly during the Conroe summer heat, as undersized equipment leads to larger plumbing failures over time.

Helpful?

Routine pool and spa service takes 45 to 90 minutes, though clearing heavy debris from local pine and oak trees extends this time. Algae remediation requires two to four visits over a couple of weeks. Equipment repairs take one to seven days, depending on parts availability in TX. If you schedule a major resurfacing project, expect five to ten days of work, plus two to six extra weeks for Conroe permits.

Helpful?

Pool construction and installation requires year-round upkeep due to Conroe’s subtropical heat. You must test and balance your water chemistry frequently to prevent algae growth caused by intense UV exposure. Clear your skimmer baskets regularly to remove pine needles and leaves. During rare TX freezes, keep equipment running to prevent cracked plumbing. Always inspect your pool for structural damage and clear debris immediately after severe storms or flooding.

Helpful?

Small lot sizes in older Conroe neighborhoods restrict access for equipment and vehicles during pool and spa service. Expansive clay soils shift with moisture, causing cracked decking or broken underground plumbing. If you live near Lake Conroe, a high water table causes pools to shift or float. Mature tree roots also intrude on plumbing lines, requiring extra diagnostic work. Check your HOA guidelines and flood zone status before starting renovations.

Helpful?

Gunite is the best shell material for pool construction and installation because it handles expansive Conroe clay soils beautifully. Choose aggregate or quartz interior finishes to resist intense heat and chemical demands. Apply heat-reflective surface treatments to concrete decking to protect bare feet. Install cantilevered coping to accommodate soil movement. Finally, select aluminum or vinyl fencing to withstand high TX humidity and periodic heavy flooding without rotting.
