I had initially had flooring done by a different contractor that hadn't done a good job but Rich even over the phone told me that he could take care of my problem areas. We made an appointment for him to do his assessment, he gave me the time frame of expected completion which was just a couple of days and was done before that. He even went beyond what he was requested to do to let me know about other services needed at which he could provide. BJ came out saw, told me what needed to be done, they just never show. I call and he always has an excuse. He now is not responding to my calls. I have pictures of the backyard with all the standing water. At this point I would not recommend this company to finish any job."
