Gladden Remodeling Bath and Kitchen

5 STARS!!!!! I had been thinking about a big remodel of my kitchen for a while now, put it off for years until I saw my nieces kitchen. Jose remodeled her kitchen and bathroom and she had a wonderful experience and it looked Spectacular!. I asked Jose to come give me an estimate and it was very fair, he was very willing to help with my vision and added some great ideas. Jose is a PRO!!! Jose is a Partner in the experience and really made all my Kitchen dreams come true. I had a vision and if he could not find the item I envisioned he had it created at a reasonable cost. Jose is resourceful, hardworking, timely and never left a day without cleaning up. There is so much I can say but not sure that all want to read a very long review so we will post some pictures. I have a couple other projects that we will be working together on in the future.

Jose did a great job and was a pleasure to work with. He worked with us as things took forever to arrive due to shipping issues and supply chain issues, but all went well and we are very happy with our updated shower, bath, floors, vanity, etc.

Jose did a wonderful job. We walked through each project and talked over my needs for that area. I then received a contract with the scope of the project and the pricing. After I signed the contract we talked about start date. The process was very proffessional. Jose was courteous of our time and finished his projects in a good time frame. All projects turned out well. Jose has also worked on smaller projects around our house. We will be having him come back for a kitchen update.

This was the second time we have used Gladden Remodeling for our house. My Wife and I can have an image in our heads and he can transform that into the exact pattern on our tile. He has completed two bathroom remodels for us, we have been very impressed with is work, thoughts, and willingness to make sure we our project exactly as we asked. Jose transformed our 1980's bathrooms into a spa-like sanctuary! He remodeled both our guest bath and master bath in a very timely and affordable manner. He worked with us to make sure that we got exactly what we wished for. At the end of every day, he cleaned up and organized his materials so that we barely even noticed he was there. He is very fast and diligent in his work. We WILL be hiring him again to update our kitchen next!

Although we were first time remodel customers we knew what we wanted and Jose not only gave us what we wanted, he exceeded the job in every way. His professionalism is top notch. His work is outstanding. We could not be happier with the finished bathroom. We are using him again for other projects. Jose was so willing to answer each and every question we had, and was willing to assist me in offering suggestions on many parts of the project. Of course, the final decision is always up to the customer but his knowledge and time spent was above and beyond. His prices are very reasonable and the quality of his work is amazing. Jose showed up to appointment on Oct. 2 to inspect bathroom for estimate within given time window (late weekday evening). However it took over one week (Oct. 12) to get a generic estimate for my project (the estimate was provided as a lump sum, rather than itemized as other providers have given). Follow up questions by email regarding the quote went unanswered. Project timeline was estimated at 9 days and Gladden requested nearly the entire cost due up front ($4K due up front, remainder of approx. $600 due at completion). Other contractors request anywhere between 1/3 to 1/2 of the balance due at start. Based on my experience up front with this contractor, Jose was unresponsive and not professional in dealing with prospective clients. Pricing was on the mid to high range based on other quotes that I received for the same work. Clearly he did not value my business so I went with another contractor who begins work on my remodel next week.

Mr. Rodriguez was very professional, knowledgeable, and always took the time to explain and answer questions. The bathrooms look gorgeous!

It worked out well. It was all inclusive. I would use them again. I was happy with it. It took them over the course of 2 weeks but not every day to complete it. The workers did a good job. I was fine with them. I was happy with how they cleaned it.

This the second remodeling job Jose had completed for me. The first was a complete master bath remodel. We're so please with his craftsmanship, we will never use anyone but him. Jose came out promptly to my house to give me an estimate the day that I called. We decided to break the project into three separate projects. Jose had no problem quoting each job individually and was flexible to the schedule of each. We chose to go with Jose's quotes and we couldn't have made a better decision. Jose was completely transparent in his pricing. Everything needed to do the project was outlined in the quote. There were no surprises. We decided to begin with the master bath. All of Jose's quotes did not mark up fixtures and faucets so we had the flexibility to but mid to high range fixtures without the worry of an additional markup associated with materials purchases that other contractors charge. The project began and they had the entire demolition done within two days. Next they installed a second light fixture in the bathroom by opening up the wall and patching the drywall so that it is unnoticeable. They proceeded to rebuild the tiled master shower and installed a new tub with tiled back splash. Every step of the way, we tweaked the designs such as the shower shelving and nook designs. We went with a frame-less glass door to bring the finishing touches to the shower. We absolutely love our new shower, tub, and counter-tops. We decided to start the kitchen project since everything was working well. We picked out our slab of granite and decided on an install date. In order to save us multiple delivery fees, Jose worked late into the night to install faucets on our sinks after the granite was installed. We even started a bit of the kids bathroom project early to have as few as possible delivery fees. This allowed us to never go without a sink in the rest of the house. Then we had three pendant lights added to the bar area in the kitchen and a new under-mount sink and faucet. Next they They helped guide us through design decisions like the idea to incorporate the left over granite as the shower curve and on the window seal near the tub. We added to scope and there was never a problem. The response quotes were just as good as the original. Every tile in the shower, master bath and kitchen are cut to perfection. Gladden Remodeling meticulously reviewed every aspect of the work. I highly recommend using Gladden Remodeling for your next home bath or kitchen project.

We received bids from 4 contractors, we wanted to have, if possible, a general one capable to accomplish all the trades, even though Gladden was the lower bidder, we ran with them based on a positive friend's referral. The experience could not be better. Class "A" craftsmanship, on time and clean crew. Good experience from the process of design, materials selection and budgeting . The Owner, Jose, is a very professional contractor.What impressed me the most was the transparence in his very detailed bid. Gladden offered us hauling local materials for our project at no cost. They finished pretty much on time besides the surprises found in a remodeling projects like this one , in general very happy with the renovation we got in our home.

Excellent job, pretty fair price, construction is dusty, they found the way to minimize it. Punctual crew, constant contractor supervision...very satisfied.
