"Stay far away from this company. Original project went fine although it was expensive. However the past few months have shown me their true colors as I have tried to get some of the original work fixed. Be aware that they only warranty work for 12 months. We had the only four tiles on the step into our shower crack over the first year and I tried for months to contact them through email. No response. I finally left my name as a new customer, and they immediately called me (funny :)). They then asked for pictures and said they could fix it. I then discovered it would cost $600 to replace the four tiles they obviously installed incorrectly the first time. Correctly installed tiles would not all crack on the outer edge."

Even though I received bids from 2 other companies, I chose GROUNDWORKS for their 5-year warranty and mid-level pricing. All companies were 4.5 stars or higher on both Google and Angi. On the job day, they arrived on time. The job was completed in about 2 hours. I am very happy with the results."

"Ty came out and after talking to me and taking some measurements, since the whole house was on a tilt from front to back, respectfully suggested that it would cost too much money to repair and that it was probably not worth it on an older home. He suggested that if we can live with it, that we should just do some cosmetic repairs. He even made some suggestions on how best to make these repairs by not just spackling, but actually replacing sections of drywall since the points were already weak. I really appreciated the honesty and feedback on how best to proceed."

He guided my husband to different places for quality and affordable prices to pick materials. He told me the job would take approximately no more than six and a half weeks and he finished in five! In general, very HONEST from the beginning. He asked me how much was my budget and he helped us to work with it. The final job is OUTSTANDING! and 100% recommendation for him and his whole crew! by the way, now they do my plumbing, and my roofing, and for sure next year they will be hired to remodeling my whole kitchen! "At first ok but in the end not so good. They did not grade and level the yard. It’s a swamp out there after rain. Misquito hatchery. Have called several times and they never show. BJ came out saw, told me what needed to be done, they just never show. I call and he always has an excuse. He now is not responding to my calls. I have pictures of the backyard with all the standing water. At this point I would not recommend this company to finish any job."
