"DAV Construction was hired to replace a damaged roof and gutters. They did a professional job of discussing the bid with me. However, this was more than a roofing job. I had an issue with water seeping through my second floor brick that continued to damage my interior and patio cover. We all thought it was a poor trim installation. Alex took a hard core position of helping me correct the problem. We had to repair any openings in the existing brick and applied a water sealant. I even had a phone call several months later after a heavy rain storm to see if we had any visible leaks. All was good and the extra effort was was high on the scale of taking care of the customer. I would personally recommend Alex and his team to anyone."

"Overall I was very pleased with AB. They were very professional and informative when I received my estimate. I really liked the lifetime transferable warranty for the foundation work, which I know that will add value to my home. They also don't really give you an estimate it is a bid. So the dollar figure they give you is the maximum that you will pay to have your foundation fixed. If they end up having to install more pilings then it is on them.
When they did the work the crew was very professional and efficient. They did a great job cleaning up after the job. I was impressed that they remortared any remaining cracks in the brick and re poured concrete to match my driveway and patio where they had to install pilings.

Joe came in, inspected the sink to determine how to resolve my issue, took out the tool (snake apparatus) to clear the sink, and departed my premises within 15 minutes. "Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
