"DAV Construction was attentive to my concerns and were very cooperative in addressing them. They did quality work, and performed according to the schedule that we had agreed upon. My experience with other contractors has never been so favorable: generally they have come with the attitude that the job is theirs for the asking, and would I please stay out of the way. DAV was not like that at all. They were solicitous of my opinions; they were happy to answer any questions that I had; they were ready to adjust to circumstances (you never know how a job will go until you start it). I found them easy to work with, and I am very satisfied with the results."

"I have had over 30 contractors at my home as it has been basically rebuilt.  This company has been the most professional i have dealt with.  Showed up on time, communicated progress, cleaned up at the end of each day COMPLETELY, came with all necessary tools and supplies.
Along the width of the house, all of the walls were removed from the floor to aprox 2 feet.  Lower portion of studs and base plates removed, walls sealed with amazing product, studs, base plate and walls replaced (not the sheetrock).  All lower level floors sealed.
We have had over 5" of rain in the last 24 hours.  This is the first time since i have owned this house that the floors have not flooded when we have saturated soil and heavy rain.

The job started on time and was finished when promised, we had new floors and decking replaced through the entire house. We also had him replace the roof, and replace the insulation under the house. We are very happy with the way everything was done and how everything was cleaned before they left. I would recommend Chad and Gulf Coast Flooring again."
