Septic System Installation and Replacement

Checks cashed. Promises not kept. Business owner has gone silent for over a week. We used this company to install a septic system costing 5 figures. Business owner: Fill dirt promised, never delivered. Plan/ideas to fix ponding problem promised, never delivered. CAD drawing of dispersal field promised, never delivered. Mentioned bringing out a laser level to diagnose, didn't happen. Mentioned using a usage meter to diagnose, didn't happen. Missed a scheduled onsite meeting, reason given: "I forgot" We're 6 months into this and we've got a system with water ponding in our yard. Business owner reviewed plans and site design before committing to do the job. Business owner was uncharacteristically very rude before going silent. Business owner won't return phone calls or emails. We are exploring our options at this point.

They are greatly affected by the weather. Had to wait weeks for them to finish. Price is a little high for some items, like putting in risers.

This was a hard and very dirty job, which they handled for us. They did what they said they would and charged what they said they would charge. No complaints. We would recommend this business . Hunter Johnson and Colton Dunk did a very good job.
